On June 4, 2025, Future Plans proudly launched the first training in its Bridging Talent to Opportunity series at the serene Dragonfly Village in St. Martin, Ohio.
This innovative training series is designed to support communities in strengthening workforce development efforts. By bringing together workforce professionals, behavioral health providers, and community advocates, the training aims to build collective capacity for supporting individuals on their career journeys.
The six-week curriculum emphasizes professionalism, coaching strategies, and practical workforce tactics that benefit those who assist individuals with career planning and employment readiness.
We are deeply grateful for the collaboration and support of our partners at Synova, Innovative Consulting, and the dedicated Future Plans staff. A special thank-you goes out to all the professionals and community members who participated and will continue this training through July.
