Randy Chandler is a technical regulations and standards engineer with GE Aviation. In addition to his 30 years with GE, Randy has been involved in community service in various realms. Ranging from church activities, food programs, after school programs and copious committees.
Randy has a passion for his community and the Appalachian area. In 2018 Randy introduced himself to Dr. Denise Reading at a conference. That conversation sparked a grassroots collaborative approach in Adams County to build a high demand workforce and stimulate economic growth. That initiative, later to be known as GRIT, became a four county project that Randy co-chairs.
