Remote Work Opportunities


Customer Service Representative Coordinator (CSRC) Responsible for answering incoming calls from individuals seeking health information in their local area. The CSRC will provide non-clinical guidance to include general information including medical locations, assist in scheduling, and identifying and resolving potential scheduling conflicts by accurately documenting demographic and appointment related data and escalating issues to supervisors. $14/hour plus benefits.


Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent required. Must be able to type a minimum of 20 WPM. Experience working with a PC and the Windows operating system including Microsoft Office is required.


  • Hundreds of positions to fill between January - June 2021. Looking for all interested adults to immediately take the work skills assessment to be ready for immediate hire.



The Appointment Scheduling Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Responsible for answering inquiries received through both telephone and email communication channels assisting in the coordination of care to Veterans and assisting in scheduling of Medical and Dental appointments. This job requires Veteran and Provider outreach, and a referral will be used as the source to schedule. Seeking professional and reliable candidates with excellent customer service skills, ability to navigate multiple systems and compassionate towards others. $16/hour plus benefits


Requirements:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education required • Minimum of one (1) year experience in a medical or health insurance environment, includes claims processing and claims customer service in a hospital or medical/dental provider office, etc.


Customer Service Representative III

The Customer Service Representative III is responsible  for answering incoming calls from the public related to vaccination scheduling questions or communications. The Customer Service Representative III may also be required to make outgoing calls to follow up on vaccination questions. $18/hour plus benefits


Requirements:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education required.

Customer Service Representative - Support existing customers managing their policies


Requirements:

Requirements:

Property & Casualty license required. Able to acquire the license during training and must remain compliant with licensing requirements.   • Ohio Hospitals – New opportunity to tap into remote work for Ohio based hospitals. Initial positions of need include medical billing and coding.


Work-from-Home Office Requirements


Work-from-home positions are full time positions requiring a set schedule and 40-hours a week. Below are guidelines that most employers follow for a home office environment. If you live in an area where high speed internet is not available, remote job centers are available as an alternative office.


Home Office Must-Have’s


  • Designated workspace free from noise and other distractions

  • Remote office internet connection via DSL or Cable Modem with minimum speed of 10mbps down and 1mbps u

  • Computer that is provided to you must be physically connected to the router or modem by a cable (no wireless connection)

  • Any provided hardware you receive needs to be connected to a surge protector   

  • High-speed internet access at the employee’s expense unless otherwise required by law
